How do your fees work?
We keep it simple. Our current pricing for new customers is a 25% share of the refunds we collect for you. If we find you $100 in refunds, our fee would be $25. If we don’t find any refunds for you, you wouldn’t have any fees – zip, zero, nada. We only bill you for refunds that we’ve confirmed that you received back to your UPS or FedEx account – which means our service can never cost you anything!
The refunds we claim for you will show up directly on your UPS and FedEx invoices. From there, our system monitors your invoices and posts back to us once we see you’ve received a credit. Once confirmed, we post it for you as a “Confirmed Refund” in the Refund Geeks portal. Only Confirmed Refunds are billable.
How often do I get billed?
Before the end of your trial period, you will need to load a payment method into your account to cover potential refund commissions. From there, we’ll only bill you once per month for a percentage of the refunds we find you. You’ll get that bill within the first five days of the month. At the time we bill you, we’ll email you an copy of your invoice totalling all of the confirmed refunds from the previous month along with the calculation of our fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), or payment by ACH.
How quickly after I register will I see refunds?
It all depends on how quickly you connect your UPS & FedEx accounts. If connected immediately, we’ll start filing refund requests from day one. From there, it takes between 1 and 2 billing cycles (up to 14 days) for your first refunds to be processed and to post back to your account.
Do I have to worry about you selling my email or data?
No. We treat your personal information, your account information and your shipping data (including customer and vendor details) with the utmost importance. We will not sell, exchange or share any of your information with anyone not affiliated with our organization. We’ll email you about service and company updates, but you can opt out at any time. Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yep – there’s no obligation. While we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time – hassle-free – simply by contacting us.
